When you submit a fit-check or client-intake form, we may collect the contact and business details you provide, including your name, email, phone number, company, service needs, operational preferences, and the time you submit the form. If you select text message as a preferred reply method, we also record the text-message consent choice you submit.
We use submitted information to respond to requests, assess fit, prepare or deliver ReplySprint services, maintain business records, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.
We send text messages only when you give the requested permission or where another lawful basis applies. You can stop recurring text messages by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential email communications using the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages.
Forms, email, scheduling, payment, messaging, and customer-management services may process data on our behalf. Their own policies may apply to their services.
We keep information, including consent records, only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, legal obligations, and legitimate business recordkeeping. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive customer records through website forms.
